Roderik Krebbers
Roderik Krebbers obtained his MSc degree in Physical Chemistry (Cum Laude) at Radboud University in 2021. Following graduation, he continued as a PhD candidate within the TDLab. The PhD project centered on (trace) gas detection applications of mid-infrared supercontinuum sources in spectroscopy. This involves analysis of plasma-catalytic chemical reactions as well as outdoor monitoring of polluting gaseous compounds, as part of the TRIAGE project.
Currently, Roderik works as researcher in the TDLab on spectroscopic gas sensing using novel intrapulse difference-frequency generation (IDFG)-based systems. The applications include outdoor open-path sensing for environmental monitoring, in-situ measurements of plasma-catalytic chemical reactions, and trace gas sensing for fruit storage applications.
